Introduction
The innovative technology of KPN Pridestream enabled everyone (worldwide) to virtually be at the Amsterdam Gay Pride Canal Parade and to feel as free as all other participants. This has enabled KPN to show what telecom technology can mean for the freedom of people, in a particularly impactful way. The social issue, the lack of acceptance of gays and lesbians, put on the agenda of a very large group of people in a special way.
